Inward Calm, The Best Way To Become Healthy

Li-Ching-Yun, who lived in the province of Szechwan, Tibet is the oldest man ever recorded in our century. Chinese census record showed that Mr. Yun was born in 1677 and died at the age of 256 years.
He was one of the most celebrated citizens of China in his days, even lectured in universities at the age of 160 years onwards. When asked about the secret of his long life, he said, “I attributed my long life to inward calm”.
In the practice of natural medicine we acknowledge the link between the body and the mind or spirit, how it relates to health. When we are persistently disturbed by depression, fear or anxiety, our physical health will also be affected.
We must learn to control our minds and neutralize stress through meditation practice at least 15 to 20 minutes every morning and before bedtime. Implementing meditative arts in our everyday life is one of the best ways to become healthy.
If you decide in trying to prolong life try also to enjoy those extra years by becoming yourself spiritually in tune. But most, add the important nutrients needed to calm down your nerve like Royal Jelly, a rich source of Panthotenic Acid, the B Complete and Calcium Magnesium.
