Foods for thought are spiritual food that when properly digested and assimilated will give you renewed strength, vigor and inward calm. Truly it is a food with real power.

The Need For Exercise







Plan a gradual exercise program. You will reap many benefits by moving your body. Minimal exercise such as leisurely walking or gardening under exposure to sunlight and fresh air should be strongly encouraged. Exercise is important in the proper functioning of the body.
