Behavorial Problems Of School Children

One of the contributing factors behind school children's behavioral problem is low blood sugar or hypoglycemia.  The typical diet of these kids are refined and processed carbohydrates and snacks on sugary food.  When their blood sugar soared up they exhibit irritability and the inability to sit still in school and when their  blood sugar drops down they lack energy, concentration and interest.  Many physician recommend a regular ingestion of stevia to be taken daily in place of artificial sweetener and sugar , in order to maintain a healthy blood sugar balance.  There is no adverse reaction for diabetic or hypoglycemic, they can even use as much as she desired to flavor foods or sweetened beverage.  Stevia are available in different forms.  The most effective form to use is water based stevia concentrate or liquid stevia.
