How To Be On Top Form

 

The body can stand with continuous abuse from eating processed and refined foods, exposure to stress and environmental toxins yet it makes necessary adjustment to remain healthy.  The body has the maximum capability to keep all cells to functions properly but the protective action of the human body has limit.  The body's natural balance breaks down and results to disease.  Therefore, the purpose of optimum nutrition along with appropriate and complete nutrient intake will bring back and sustain the body's natural state of balance.

Eat the most highly nourishing diet possible by eliminating refined and processed foods.  There is no need to prepare expensive and laborious meals.  Make it simple.  Just be sure you eat high protein foods including seeds and nuts of all kinds, whole grains, all sorts of beans, the legumes family, non-fat yogurt, all the fruits and vegetables and add to this excellent diet all the known vitamins and minerals, some of them in quite large amounts. Taking food supplements is not bothersome.

First thing in the morning I take one or more tbsp Ambrosia or the Dynamic Four ( a ready made mixture of bee pollen, royal jelly, propolis and honey, available at Amazon.com by Stakich) as a spread in slice sweet potatoes. Pared with this is a glass of fresh ponkan or orange juice. Make your own choice.

Then before retiring I eat a serving of non-fat yogurt with added natural Vitamin E, 1000 i.u.combined with a tbsp flax oil top with fresh fruit.

With this health program, I felt rejuvenated and experienced more flexibility in my joints and muscles.  I breezed through the night without tiring, and have still the energy to go on.  I felt so light in my self and never been sick.  Risk it and feel the difference.
