The Need For Exercise

Plan a gradual exercise program. You will reap many benefits by moving your body. Minimal exercise such as leisurely walking or gardening under exposure to sunlight and fresh air should be strongly encouraged. Exercise is important in the proper functioning of the body. It delivers oxygen to every cells of the body, improves circulation and heart function, helps in the elimination of wastes through perspiration and bowel elimination, eases tension, and induces restful sleep.

Other than walking, jogging, running and gardening, there are many enjoyable forms of physical activities you can do outdoors like bicycling, skating, swimming, skipping rope, horse riding, play games, tennis, basketball, volleyball and other sports.

A word of caution, do not attempt to do exercise if you have circulatory problems or if you are experiencing shortness of breath or if it is your first time to do exercise. Always consult your family doctor to be safe. Build health first before doing any gradual exercise. Take 1 tbsp Bee Pollen granules and 1 capsule 600 I.U. of natural Vitamin E with a full glass of water every morning before exercising. Bee Pollen and natural vitamin E is a heart cleanser and artery scrubber. It is your life saver that protects you from heart attack and stroke.
